SATELLITE PHONE DECLARATION

Refer NOR 7.3 (b): Special Regulation 3.25.1(a)(ii): All boats shall carry on board a satellite phone. The satellite phone shall have coverage for the duration of the race and be connected to main power and equipped with a permanently located external aerial.

Should the unit be portable, I confirm that I am aware of the responsibility to check the unit for messages every two hours and confirm that I understand the requirements of the Race Committee being able to contact the vessel at any time.
