RSHYR Qualifying Passage Declaration
In accordance with NoR 3.4 a boat shall complete a qualifying race or passage for the RSHYR. For a fully-crewed boat, 50% of the RSHYR race crew, including the nominated PIC, shall complete the qualifying race or passage on board the boat entered.
