All competitors participating in in the Audi Centre Sydney Blue Water Pointscore and the Two Handed Pointscore shall lodge a declaration within the time limit for the delivery of protests only in the circumstances noted in Clause 15.1 of the Summer Program 2023-24 General Conditions of Racing.
